Family Connections Webinars, a monthly series created to bring Special Olympics families together in a supportive, welcoming space. These virtual gatherings focus on meaningful connection—linking families to valuable information, practical resources, and, most importantly, to one another. Each session will highlight topics that matter most to our community, from navigating available programs and services to sharing personal experiences, practical strategies, and family success stories. Our goal is to create an open forum where families can learn, ask questions, and feel empowered—while discovering they’re never navigating this journey alone.

This session
will provide an overview of the free services, resources, and supports
available through UCF CARD for individuals with autism spectrum disorder
and related disabilities across the lifespan. Families will learn about
individualized consultation services, community resources, educational
supports, transition planning, employment and independent living
resources, social skills programs, and strategies for navigating systems
of care. UCF CARD's mission is to educate and empower individuals and
families by providing support, assistance, and awareness within the
community to help individuals reach their fullest potential.

you are new to autism services or looking to expand your support
network, this presentation will highlight practical tools and local
resources available to Special Olympics families throughout Florida
